I have had with Orange have been very good
Any customer service dealings I have had with Orange have been very good which is why I stay with them as in the past I have had terrible experiences with O2 and 3 mobile companies and I can’t say a bad word so far about Orange! I have had a contract with Orange Mobile phone coverage for years and am a good customer with a high usage account so they generally do their best to give me what i want instore and over the phone. They have a range of phones on contract and pay as you go tariffs and the staff are helpful in finding a phone and tariff that suits you In general I find them very polite over the phone and instore it is always a welcoming atmosphere, always clean and tidy and the staff seem trained to a high standard and know what they are talking about.
